Removing Share, Touch, and Branding

With all paid plans, the Share, Touch and ThingLink branding can be removed from your embedded images and videos to create a streamlined viewing experience.

Removing Share and Touch from an individual image:

  1. Open the image in edit mode, do not click to add a new tag
  2. On the right click the Xs on the Share and Touch buttons

Removing Share and Touch from all images:

  1. Go to the upper right menu and use the gear icon to access settings
  2. In settings, navigate to the Media Settings tab
  3. Scroll down to the WhiteLabel settings
  4. There you will find two checkboxes, one to remove Share and one to remove Touch

Remove ThingLink branding from an individual image:

  1. While in the image editor, click on the ThingLink branding in the lower right corner
  2. An icon selector will appear. Scroll down 13 rows and select the empty box.

Remove ThingLink branding from all images:

  1. Go to the upper right menu and use the gear icon to access settings
  2. In settings, navigate to the Media Settings tab
  3. Scroll down to the WhiteLabel settings
  4. There you will find an option to remove all ThingLink branding

Remove ThingLink Branding from a video:

  1. While in the video editor, click video settings beneath the video
  2. Select the style tab within the settings
  3. Check the box to remove the ThingLink logo
