When students register, as a part of protecting their privacy, they are required to enter a teacher’s invite code, or if they are not in school, the email address of a guardian. If students register and do not do this, they will successfully create an account but it will be immediately locked. To avoid this, make sure all students enter their teacher’s invitation code at sign up.
If a student forgets to enter the invitation code upon registration they can enter it afterward, but the account will need to be unlocked first. Request to unlock the account by submitting your information here: SUBMIT UNLOCK REQUEST
