If a student has forgotten their password, they can request a password reset link here. However, most student emails cannot receive emails from ThingLink because of school firewalls. If you are a student, the quickest option is to ask your teacher to update your password.
As a teacher, you can change students’ passwords for them. To do this, click ‘Students’ in the upper navigation bar.
Next to each student’s name, there will be a key icon. Click that icon and a box will appear where you can change their password.
