If a student has forgotten their password, they can request a password reset link here. However, most student emails cannot receive emails from ThingLink because of school firewalls. If you are a student, the quickest option is to ask your teacher to update your password.
As a teacher, you can change students’ passwords for them. To do this, click ‘My Students’ in the upper navigation bar, then select the option Users on the left navigation panel.
Next to the student's name and email, you will see the 'Change password' option. Click it.
A box will appear where you can change their password.
