Important note: this feature has been deprecated and is no longer available. If you had created forms in the past, you should be able to use them. We recommend using Scenarios for collecting learner data instead. If you need a simpler question form, you can also embed third-party tools like Google Forms of Microsoft Forms.
Forms are a new feature that allows you to create open or multiple-choice questions that can be embedded into your ThingLink content. Forms collect and remember learners' answers, allowing you to assess whether a) your learners have grasped the subject and b) whether they've gone through the whole interactive experience.
In this article, you'll learn:
- How to create a new Form
- How to add a Form to your ThingLink content
- How to check your learners' answers and manage the form
- Tips & limitations for using Forms
Note that forms require the learner to be signed into their ThingLink account.

Forms are currently available on all paid eLearning plans. Forms are not available on teacher & school accounts. If you have a school-wide subscription and would like to try out Forms, please contact our support team.
