Adding interactive hotspots (or 'tagging') images is the cornerstone of ThingLink. This article teaches you how to create your own interactive image.

Uploading
Click the blue ‘Create’ button in the top right corner. You'll see what kinds of content you can create. Select one of the options and click 'Continue'. You'll be taken to the next step where you can click the main area to pick a file from your hard drive or use a number of third-party integrations.
Once the file has been uploaded, click the blue ‘Continue’ button.
See this article for more information on uploading content and upload specifications.
Adding tags
If the image you’ve uploaded does not open in the editor automatically, click the image thumbnail then click the ‘Edit’ button in the top-right corner.
Use the blue ‘Add tag’ button on the left to create tags. After clicking the Add tag button, you'll see several tag formats on the left. Each tag type has different functionality & purposes. Select the layout that best fits your tag. Learn more about the tag types here.
After selecting a format, choose a tag icon by clicking ‘Change icon’, and then start filling the fields that you need. In the case of image and text tags, tag elements will not show if you leave the fields empty.
You can change a tag’s position by clicking and dragging it across the screen. After adding tags, use the Settings button to change the colors used in the tags. Either select from the pre-set color combinations or enter your own colors. This is also where you can find the option to remove the ThingLink logo from your image, add a background audio to the whole scene, and a few other options. See this article for more information on how you can customize your ThingLinks.
Click 'Done' on the left once you are done adding tags.
