This article will discuss the four methods for adding Teachers to a school or district account.
In your onboarding email and in the school administration panel you will find a teacher invitation code for your organization. Find the code in the School Settings tab of the My School page.
New teachers can use the code at registration. Existing teachers can enter the code on their Groups page to join the organization. They will inherit Premium features and be managed by the administrator(s) of the organization.
If your school uses Azure for rostering, you have the option to set up an Azure integration so that whenever someone uses their Microsoft 365 login, they will automatically join the organization. This only works for new users but will apply to both teachers and students.
In the School Settings tab of the My School page, enter the Azure tenant ID for your organization.
LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability) is a standard that allows you to integrate ThingLink with your LTI-compatible LMS. With the LTI integration in use, your students and teachers can access ThingLink from your LMS without the need for registration or login. Learn more about LTI integration here.
If your school uses Clever for rostering, you have the option to set up a Clever integration so that whenever someone in your district registers, they will automatically join the organization. This only works for new users.
In the School Settings tab of the My School page, enter the Clever district ID for your organization.
