Overview
The scenario statistics dashboard helps organization administrators review learner progress across scenarios published to the organization landing page.
The dashboard shows learners as rows and scenarios as columns. This makes it easier to see each learner’s status across multiple scenarios at a glance. Admins can adjust the view by selecting different learners and scenarios.
The dashboard currently includes all scenarios that are published to the organization landing page.
How to access the dashboard
Organization administrators can access the dashboard from the organization landing page.
To open the dashboard, go to your landing page and select the Statistics tab at the top.
When learner data is tracked
Learner data is recorded as long as the learner is signed in when they interact with the scenario.
The learner does not need to open the scenario from the landing page. Their data can still be included if they interact with the scenario from another location, as long as the scenario is published to the landing page and the learner is signed in.
Completion statuses
Each cell in the dashboard shows the learner’s current status for a specific scenario.
The available statuses are:
Completed
The learner has reached an ending in the scenario and, if completion criteria are used, has fulfilled those criteria. You can review the available completion criteria and how to configure them here.
In progress
The learner has started the scenario but has not completed it. This can also mean that the learner reached an ending but did not fulfill the completion criteria.
No status label
If the learner has not interacted with the scenario yet, no status label is shown.
Expanded learner view
You can expand each learner’s row to review more detailed data about their interaction with each scenario by clicking the learner's name.
The expanded view includes:
Status
The learner’s current completion status for the scenario.
Score
The learner’s total score across all attempts, shown against the maximum possible score.
Milestones
The number of milestones or goals the learner has achieved across all attempts, shown against the total number available in the scenario.
Total time spent
The total amount of time the learner has spent interacting with the scenario across all attempts.
Attempts
The number of times the learner has started the scenario. You can click the number of attempts to review the learner’s attempt history.
Attempt history
The attempt history view lets you review individual attempts in more detail.
For each attempt, you can see:
- Total time spent during that attempt
- Score earned during that attempt
- Number of milestones or goals achieved during that attempt
- How the learner responded to questions, and what choices they made in branching blocks
For branching blocks, you can see the choices the learner made at each branching point in chronological order.
For question blocks, you can see the learner’s submitted answers. Depending on the question type, this may include the exact answer they entered, the option or options they selected, and whether the answer was correct or incorrect.
Limitations and availability
The dashboard is currently available only to organization administrators.
The dashboard currently includes only scenarios that are published to the organization landing page.
Support for viewing this data from individual scenario statistics pages is planned for June 2026. Once available, scenario creators will be able to review statistics for individual scenarios directly from the scenario statistics page.
This feature is not available if your subscription plan does not include access to advanced analytics/learner data.
