If you get an error message saying that 'We do not know of this email address.', please check whether you've entered a correct email address or submit a request to our tech support.
I have not received an email with the password recovery link.
If you've successfully requested a password reset but have not got an email, please ensure that:
- You are using an actual email address
- The email is not stuck in your spam folder
- Your email address can receive emails from @thinglink.com (or specifically email@example.com)
