Password reset

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset here: www.thinglink.com/forgotPassword. Type in your e-mail address and we will send you instructions.

If you are a student, ask your teacher to change your password or contact us instead. Many student email addresses cannot receive email from outside senders, and you may be unable to receive the reset mail. 

The form does not recognize my email!

If you get an error message saying that 'We do not know of this email address.', please check whether you've entered a correct email address or submit a request to our tech support.

I have not received an email with the password recovery link.

If you've successfully requested a password reset but have not got an email, please ensure that:

• You are using an actual email address
• The email is not stuck in your spam folder
• Your email address can receive emails from @thinglink.com (or specifically friendly-gnome@thinglink.com)

If you still cannot get a password recovery email, please submit a request to our tech support.
