Paid accounts enjoy access to more of ThingLink's features. In the case of eLearning and business users, only upgraded accounts may publish their content. All types of accounts can be upgraded on https://thinglink.com/upgrade. How to purchase a subscription
Log in to your account, navigate to the Upgrade page and fill in the payment form:
Depending on the subscription plan, you will be billed either immediately or after a trial period. The trial period will be specified below the total price.
After you purchase an upgrade for your account, the license will renew annually until canceled. We don’t have monthly plans at this time, but if you have a special reason or case please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What payment options are available?
ThingLink accepts multiple payment options. By default, we expect you to pay using your card. You can also pay with purchase orders or request invoices. After you purchase an upgrade for your account, the license will renew annually until canceled. How can I access the invoice or receipt for my payment?
You can check your payment history and past receipts in Profile settings -> Billing tab -> Payment history section. Please see this article for more details.
Note that if your plan includes a free trial, you will not be able to access the receipt until the trial is over as we do not charge your card before the end of the trial period.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Please see this article: Cancel paid subscription. Note that you will lose any paid features immediately after you cancel your subscription. If you'd like to disable automatic renewal, please contact our team.
Troubleshooting
If you get an error code while trying to upgrade, your card was most likely declined by your bank. Please try a different card. You can share the error code with our team if the error persists.
