Delete account

Note: if you have a paid account you must first cancel your subscription. If your account is tied to an organization (a School or a Premium Business team), your organization's admin has to remove you from the organization before you can delete your account.

When you have a free account, take the following steps to delete the account:

1. Go to the Profile menu in the upper right corner and select the Account Settings gear icon
2. In the Settings, select the Delete account option
3. Type in your password* and press the DELETE button

If you've signed up with a third-party service (e.g. Google or Microsoft), your account on ThingLink does not have a password. As a result, you need to request a password reset and create a password before you can delete your account. 

Please note that if you delete your account, all of its images and tags will be gone.
