The ThingLink XR app lets you view ThingLink content in virtual reality on supported Meta Quest headsets. You can use the app to open individual ThingLink experiences with a VR shortcode, access content through your organization’s landing page, or sign in to your ThingLink account. This article lists the supported Meta Quest headsets and explains how to install the app.

Overview
The ThingLink XR Meta Quest application functions as a viewer app. After installing the application, you can either view individual experiences by entering their VR shortcode or open your organization's landing page to access all of your content playlists in VR.
Compatible headsets
The app is available on Meta Quest 3S, Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest Pro, and Meta Quest 2.
Installing the app
You can download the app via the Meta Quest Store. Open the 'Store' app, search for ThingLink XR, and select 'GET'.
If you cannot find the app, try searching for both 'ThingLink' and 'ThingLink XR'. The store search function is not always reliable.
Installing the app via Meta Horizon Managed Services / Meta for Work / Meta for Business
The ThingLink Meta Quest app is also available via the Meta Quest for Business store, allowing you to install the app as a managed app to multiple devices at the same time.
- Go to the Meta Admin Center.
- Navigate to 'Apps' -> 'Discover apps'.
- Search for ThingLink XR.
If you are unable to find the app or need to access the APK, contact our team.
Installing the app via third-party MDM software
You can also install the app via mobile device management platforms, such as ArborXR or ManageXR. Contact our team so we can share the app with you.
Launching the app
Once the app is installed, launch it via the Library app by opening 'Applications' -> 'ThingLink'.
