If you suspect that ThingLink is blocked at your school speak with your network administrator and make sure the following domains are accessible:
- *.thinglink.com
- *.thingpic.com
- *.thinglink.me
- ajax.googleapis.com
- s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com
- thinglink-data-prod.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com
- tlstreaming-euno.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com
- eu-west-1.amazonaws.com
- eu-west-1.on.aws
- thinglink-vr.s3.amazonaws.com
- thinglink.blob.core.windows.net
- thinglink-cdn.azureedge.net
- tlstreaming-euno.streaming.media.azure.net
- thinglink-data-prod.global.ssl.fastly.net
We also recommend whitelisting *@thinglink.com on your mail server to ensure that our team can answer your requests.
In addition, you may want to ask them to add the following domains to the allowlist to make sure that third-party integrations work correctly:
- *unpslash.com (for the Unsplash integration)
- *canva.com (for the Canva integration)
- *blockadelabs.com (for the SkyboxAI integration)
To test whether your problems with ThingLink are caused by a firewall, try accessing ThingLink from home and see if bugginess persists.

Please contact our support team here if the issue persists even after adding the above domains to the list of allowed domains. We can also provide specific subdomains if you are unable to use wildcards.
