Note that the options described here are available to administrator users only.

Changing a user's account type
- Go to the Organization page.
- Find the user in the Users list.
- Click More options - the three dots next to the user.
- Select Change account type.
- Choose the new account type.
- Click Save.
You can also update account types in bulk by selecting multiple users and clicking the 'Change account type' button:
Changing a user's password
To change a user's password:
- Go to the Organization page.
- Find the user in the Users list.
- Click More options - the three dots next to the user.
- Select Change password.
- Enter the new password and save the change.
Adding and removing administrators
Organizational accounts can have multiple administrators.
To make another user an administrator:
- Go to the Organization page.
- Find the user in the Users list.
- Click More options - the three dots next to the user.
- Select Change account type.
- Select Admin.
- Click Save.
The user will then appear in the Administrators tab.
What secondary administrators can do
- Secondary administrators can:
- See and manage all users connected to the organization
- Manage organization settings
- Assign administrator rights to other users
- Share folders with the whole organization
Secondary admins cannot change or delete the primary admin account.
Revoking administrator rights
To revoke administrator rights:
- Go to the Organization page.
- Find the administrator in the Users list, or go to the Administrators tab to view all admin users
- Click More options - the three dots next to the user.
- Select Change account type.
- Select another user role.
- Click Save.
