The General tab in Scenario Builder settings contains options that control how learners navigate your scenario, view their progress, and how their activity is tracked. These settings help you customize the viewing experience to match the goals of your scenario.
To access these options, open your scenario and click the 'Settings' (cog icon) in the top right. This will open the General tab:

Show back button: if enabled, your viewers will be able to freely move back through the scenario. This can be useful for exploration-style scenarios.
This setting is on by default. -
Show points: if enabled, viewers will see how many points they’ve received for completing blocks with assigned scores. If the setting is not enabled, the viewer will not see that they’ve received points during the scenario.
This setting is on by default. -
Show language selector: if enabled, viewers can choose their preferred language using the language selector button. The scenario will restart automatically after the viewer has selected another language. Learn more about translating scenarios here.
This setting is off by default. -
Use advanced tracking: if enabled, ThingLink will save detailed tracking data, including routes. Default tracking saves goals only. Note that the viewer has to be logged in. You can learn more about what data is collected here.
This setting is off by default. -
Proceed automatically after video ends: If your scenario includes a video scene, the viewer will be automatically taken to the next block once the video finishes.
This setting is off by default. -
Show accessibility button: When enabled, viewers can switch to the accessible view of the scenario by clicking the Accessibility button. Learn more about the accessibility player here.
This setting is on by default.
