March 2025 Interface update & ThingLink Copilot launch

We are excited to introduce two major updates released on March 6, 2025: an updated look for the Saimaa interface and a brand new ThingLink Copilot.

Interface refresh

We've given the Saimaa user interface a fresh new look while keeping everything intact. This update refreshes the visual design with updated brand colors, improved contrast, and better readability without altering functionality or navigation. You’ll still find everything exactly where you expect it - just with a cleaner and more polished appearance.

ThingLink's Creative Copilot

ThingLink is also launching a Creative Copilot built on Microsoft’s Copilot AI technology. This powerful assistant helps you quickly find the information you need, whether for product support or creative assistance.

Here's what the Copilot can do for you:

• Instant product support. Have a question about ThingLink? The Copilot can assist with anything from using editing tools to setting up external integrations. It has comprehensive knowledge of ThingLink and can provide instant answers, along with links to relevant support articles.
• Creative Assistance for Your Projects. The Copilot works as a creative assistant within the ThingLink platform itself. Need an image prompt of the French Revolution? It can generate one. Want information on Napoleon for interactive tags? Just ask.

The Copilot is still in beta, and we are looking forward to improving it further. Share your feedback with our support team here.

Controlling access to Copilot

ThingLink Copilot is not available on student and learner accounts at this stage. In addition, the Copilot will not be shown to your users if you prohibit them from accessing AI features via Organization settings.
