For Students
- Ask your teacher to change your password or contact us directly.
- Many student email addresses cannot receive emails from outside senders, so you may not receive the reset email.
Form Does Not Recognize My Email
- If you receive an error message saying 'We do not recognize this email address,' please ensure you have entered the correct email address.
- If the issue persists, submit a request to our tech support for assistance.
No Password Recovery Email Received
- Ensure you are using an active email address.
- Check your spam or junk folder for the reset email.
- Confirm that your email settings allow emails from @thinglink.com or specifically friendly-gnome@thinglink.com.
If you still do not receive the password recovery email after these checks, please submit a request to our tech support for further help.
