Change account's email address

You can update your email address anytime through your Account Settings under Login & Security. Follow these steps to make the change:

1. Go to your 'Profile Settings' by clicking the cog icon in the top right corner
2. Click the 'Login & Security' tab.
3. Click the 'Edit' button next to your current email address.
4. Enter your new email address and confirm your password.
5. Click 'Change' to save changes.

If you've signed up with Google, Microsoft or another third-party account, please reset your ThingLink password first or contact our support team. 

If you forgot your password, you can reset the password. After that, you can change your account's email address.

Additionally, to the email address, you can also change the password.
