What does ThingLink offer? ThingLink empowers anyone to easily build interactive visual media and publish it across various web environments.
What kind of media can I make interactive with ThingLink? You can add ThingLink hotspots and interactive elements to images, videos, 360°/VR images, 360°/VR videos and 3d models!
Where can I use ThingLink? ThingLinks are fully responsive and work excellent on all devices, from small phones to large touch screens: phones, tablets, desktops, touch screens, big screen TVs, mobile VR headsets, WebVR.
Upgrades, plans & free trial
How do I upgrade my ThingLink account? You can upgrade to Creator or Team plans by going to the upgrade page and filling in the billing form. Your account will be billed & upgraded once the free trial ends. We can invoice and accept purchase orders for the Team and Enterprise licenses.
Do you have monthly plans and do I have to pay with card? We don’t have monthly plans at this time, but if you have a special reason or case please don’t hesitate to contact us. We can send invoices starting with the Premium license, Creator license upgrades must pay with a card.
What are views and what happens if they are exceeded? Views are counted when a direct link or webpage with ThingLinks embedded is loaded and each load counts as one view. Once your account exceeds views, all embedded content will redirect to be viewed on ThingLink. You can purchase more views if needed by sending a request to sales@thinglink.com.
What are content creators/seats? Content creators are defined as anyone on your team who will be creating ThingLink content. For example, if your organization has 5 employees who will be creating ThingLinks, we would recommend 5 content creators. You can share content across the team and collaborate under one profile through shared folders.
Can I measure my ThingLink content engagement? Yes! All paid plans come with access to our built-in engagement statistics which let you track performance of all your ThingLinks, embeds and individual tags.
Can I capture learner assessment with ThingLink? Yes! You can capture individual learner assessment through ThingLink Scenarios (Courses) with our Enterprise license.
I did not intend to purchase a subscription, where can I request a refund? You can request a refund by contacting our support. You can read more about refunds here.
360°/VR content
Does ThingLink work virtual reality headsets? Currently ThingLink 360° image and video content works through a mobile VR headset like Google Cardboard, as well as through WebVR supported devices like Oculus Quest, HTV VIVE, Pico, ClassVR and more. Do you have Nonprofit (NPO/NGO) discounts? We offer small NPO/NGOs a discount off of the Team and Enterprise licenses. Contact sales@thinglink.com to learn more.
What browsers does ThingLink work with? ThingLink is compatible with all major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Edge). However, we strongly recommend keeping your browser updated as using old versions of browsers will likely result in technical issues.

Can I change language in ThingLink? Yes! The ThingLink interface and authoring tool can be translated into 21 different languages. The Enterprise license also allows you to translate your projects to over 25 different languages and share different language versions - see Automatic content translation.
