If you wish to refund your subscription, please contact our support team. Valid refund reasons include but are not limited to:
- You are no longer using ThingLink and forgot about the automatic annual subscription fee
- You did not cancel your trial on time and do not intend to use premium features
- You or someone from your school/organization have made an unauthorized/unintended purchase or chose a wrong subscription plan
Our support will contact you within 5 business days of receiving the request. All payments and refunds are processed through www.stripe.com, which currently takes 5 to 10 days to process a refund.
To cancel your subscription, go to Profile Settings -> Billing and click the 'Cancel' button next to the name of your subscription plan. Note that it is not possible to manage your billing information or cancel your subscription via the iOS or Android apps - please use the web version instead.
