Editor update: display 3D models & PDFs in tags

You can now upload 3D models and PDF files directly into a text & media tag - just like you would upload images or videos! Explore the tags below:

How to add a PDF file or a 3D model

You can upload PDF files and 3D models into a text & media tag just like you would upload an image or a video:

1. Create a text & media tag
2. Scroll down to 'Media files' and click the upload button
3. Choose a 3D model or PDF file from your computer

Supported file formats:

• 3D models: GLB files up to 25 Mb
• PDF: PDF files up to 25 Mb each

How it works

3D models and PDF files function similarly to images and videos, with some differences:

• 3D models support zoom using the mouse wheel on a computer or pinch zoom on a touchscreen device.
• 3D models autorotate to differentiate them from regular images. Viewers can also click or tap and drag the model to rotate it.
• On desktop, PDF files are displayed in full using the browser’s built-in PDF viewer, so the available options may vary depending on the browser.
• On mobile devices, PDF files display a preview with a magnifying glass icon. Tap the preview to open and view the full PDF in a new browser tab.
