Pricing & Plans

Whether you are a business/public sector, teacher, K-12 School, College or University, ThingLink has different license options for you detailed below.   Our pricing is reflected in United States Dollars (USD) and in Euros (EUR) if you are located in Europe.  

Your account is automatically put on a free trial period once you sign up. During the trial, you have access to the majority of paid features, and you can share your content for free. Once the trial is over, the content will become unpublished. You can always contact us to request a trial extension. 

After you purchase a self-service upgrade for your account with a card, the license will renew annually until cancelled.   Invoiced licenses do not automatically renew and we proactively reach out 30-60 days before the renewal to coordinate the renewal or cancelation.

Business & Public Sector Plans - eLearning, marketing & HR/communications

Free 7-day trial. A free trial business account allows you to access the full ThingLink interactive authoring tool. You can share your content and test it in your web environments during the trial. Once the trial is over, the content will become unpublished.

Full Create License Breakdown

• Create - Starter:  For individuals interested in creating immersive content effortlessly with AI-powered tools. Cost: $232 / year (billed annually) or $29 / month (billed monthly)
• Create - XR: for individuals interested in publishing content across devices and in VR. Cost: $792 / year (billed annually) or $99 / month (billed monthly)
• Create - Enterprise. For small teams building interactive experiences at scale with advanced tools and monetization options. Cost: custom pricing based on your needs.  Fill out a quote request or contact sales@thinglink.com

Full Elevate License Breakdown

• Elevate - Starter: For teams interested in creating and delivering immersive learning with learner seats and basic learner analytics.  Cost: $5,940 / year
• Elevate - Enterprise: For organizations interested in scaling immersive learning with advanced analytics, LTI/xAPI integrations, and monetization options. Cost: custom pricing based on your needs.  Fill out a quote request or contact sales@thinglink.com

Education (K-12 & Higher Education)

Free 30-Day Trial. A free teacher trial account allows a single teacher to access the entire ThingLink interactive authoring suite (images, videos, 360°/VR content, 3D models, Scenario Builder) with limited publishing options for 30 days. Read the FAQ here.

Teacher License. This license is designed for a single teacher. It allows the creation of interactive learning materials and projects by adding hotspots to images, videos and 360° images, and sharing them within your classroom or LMS. You can’t add students to your account with this license and it requires one of the group licenses below. Cost: $108 / year 

• Limits: the Teacher license includes 5,000 content views and twenty-five (25) 360° image uploads. 

K-12 (Primary & Secondary): 

• Essentials School License: Get started with interactive content creation with the ThingLink multimedia authoring tool for your teachers and students. Cost: custom pricing based on the number of teachers and students.  Fill out a quote request or contact sales@thinglink.com
• Enhanced School License: Unleash ThingLink at your school with access to our entire product suite for education. Cost: custom pricing based on your needs.  Fill out a quote request or contact sales@thinglink.com
• School District: Empower all the schools within your district with the best immersive content creation tool. Contact us to get a custom quote for your district or council. Higher Education (College, University, TVET, adult learning, further education): 

• Department: Get started with immersive course creation within one department. Ideal for small-scale use and funded projects. Cost: $4,250 / year 
• College/School: Unlimited plan for a single College or School within a University. Ideal for virtual field trips, safety tours, student orientation, and immersive course creation. Cost: $8,500 / year 
• Campus/Group: Unlimited access to the ThingLink product suite across the campus for creating immersive courses, virtual campus tours and walk-throughs, simulations, or AR experiences for learning and admissions.
