Pricing & Plans

Whether you are a business, government, teacher, K-12 School, College or University, ThingLink has different license options for you detailed below.   Our pricing is reflected in United States Dollars (USD) and in Euros (EUR) if you are located in Europe.  

Your account is automatically put on a free trial period once you sign up. During the trial, you have access to the majority of paid features, and you can share your content for free. Once the trial is over, the content will become unpublished. You can always contact us to request a trial extension. 

After you purchase a self-service upgrade for your account with a card, the license will renew annually until cancelled.   Invoiced licenses do not automatically renew and we proactively reach out 30-60 days before the renewal to coordinate the renewal or cancelation.

Business & Public Sector Plans - eLearning, marketing & HR/communications

Free 7-day trial. A free trial business account allows you to access the full ThingLink interactive authoring tool. You can share your content and test it in your web environments during the trial. Once the trial is over, the content will become unpublished.

Creator. This plan is perfect for a single professional who is looking to publish interactive images and videos with up to 50,000 content views. Creator licenses gain access to different engagement statistics for all of their ThingLinks and the ability to remove our branding logo.  Note that you will not be able to publish 360°/VR videos on this plan, and you will be able to publish only ten (10) 360°/VR images.  Cost: $500 / year

Team. This plan is best suited for small content creation teams looking to develop training materials without learning tracking or to create interactive marketing projects.  This license provides a team of up to five content creators the ability to build and publish interactive images, videos, (50) 360°/VR images and (25) 3D models.  It includes collaboration via shared folders and 250,000 content views for higher-trafficked projects.   Cost: $2,500 / year

Enterprise. Enterprise unlocks unlimited uploads and views for your content. Ideal for large teams of content creators, organizations who require onboarding and training, reselling and using ThingLink with multiple clients or web properties.  Cost: custom pricing based on your needs.  Fill out a quote request or contact sales@thinglink.com.

Education (K12 & Higher Education)

Free 60-Day Trial. A free teacher trial account allows a single teacher to access the entire ThingLink interactive authoring suite (images, videos, 360°/VR content, 3D models, Scenario Builder) with limited publishing options for 60 days. Read FAQ here.

Teacher License. This license is designed for a single teacher. It allows the creation of interactive learning materials and projects by adding hotspots to images, videos and 360° images, and sharing them within your classroom or LMS. You can’t add students to your account with this license and it requires one of the group licenses below.

K-12: 

• Small School: Get started with interactive content creation with full access to ThingLink product suite. Add up to 10 teachers and 200 student creators under a single account.  Cost: $600 / year
• Medium School: Unleash student creativity at your school, add up to 25 teachers and 500 student creators under a single organizational account. Cost: $1,500 / year 
• Unlimited Bundle: Simplify the creation of interactive projects, VR and AR tours with unlimited access to ThingLink. Easily connect sign-in and learning analytics with your LMS. Cost: $2,500 / year 
• School District: Empower all the schools within your district with the best immersive content creation tool. Contact us to get a custom quote for your district or council. A dedicated account manager and professional development to ignite uptake.  Cost: custom pricing based on your needs.  Fill out a quote request or contact sales@thinglink.com. 

Higher Education: 

• Department: Get started with immersive course creation within one department. Ideal for small-scale use and funded projects. Cost: $2,500 / year 
• College: Unlimited plan for a single College or School within a University. Ideal for virtual field trips, safety tours, student orientation, and immersive course creation. Cost: $5,000 / year 
• Campus: Unlimited access to the ThingLink product suite across the campus for creating immersive courses, virtual campus tours and walk-throughs, simulations, or AR experiences for learning and admissions. • Multi-Campus: Covers large universities with many campuses or educational networks with many schools under one larger umbrella. Cost: custom pricing based on your needs.  Fill out a quote request or contact sales@thinglink.com.
