If you wish to refund your subscription, please contact our support team. Valid refund reasons include but are not limited to:
- You are no longer using ThingLink and forgot about the automatic annual subscription fee
- You did not cancel your trial on time and do not intend to use premium features
- You or someone from your school/organization have made an unathorized/unintended purchase or chose a wrong subscription plan
Our support will contact you within 5 business days after receiving the request. All payments and refunds are processed through www.stripe.com, which currently takes 5 to 10 days to process a refund.
