If you wish to refund your subscription, please contact our support team. Valid refund reasons include but are not limited to:
- You are no longer using ThingLink and forgot about the automatic annual subscription fee
- You or someone from your school/organization have made an unauthorized/unintended purchase or chose a wrong subscription plan
Our support will contact you within 5 business days of receiving the request. All payments and refunds are processed through www.stripe.com, which currently takes 5 to 10 days to process a refund.
Click the cog icon ('Profile settings') in the top right corner, then select the 'Billing' tab. Next, click the 'Manage' button next to the name of your plan:
This will take you to a new page where you can manage your subscription and billing details. Select 'Cancel subscription', then click 'Cancel subscription' again to confirm:
This will set your subscription to cancel at the end of the current period. You will retain paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. If you wish to cancel your subscription immediately, contact our team.
Note that it is not possible to manage your billing information or cancel your subscription via the iOS or Android apps - please use the web version instead.
