How to purchase a subscription
Log in to your account, navigate to the Upgrade page, choose your preferred plan, then click 'Go to checkout':
Then fill out your payment and billing information and click 'Pay and subscribe':
You will be billed immediately, and the receipt will be available via your profile settings. See this article for more information on how to view your payment history.
After you purchase an upgrade for your account, the license will renew annually until canceled.

What payment options are available?
ThingLink accepts multiple payment options. By default, we expect you to pay using your card. You can also pay with purchase orders or request invoices. After you purchase an upgrade for your account, the license will renew annually until canceled.
How can I access the invoice or receipt for my payment?
You can check your payment history and past receipts in Profile settings -> Billing tab -> Manage. Please see this article for more details.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can always set your subscription to cancel at the end of the current period. Please see this article: Cancel paid subscription.
If you would like to cancel your subscription immediately, please contact us.
Troubleshooting
If you get an error code while trying to upgrade, your card was most likely declined by your bank. Please try a different card. You can share the error code with our team if the error persists.
